Its March and I am sure everybody is looking forward to a few days rest and family time over the Easter break. For those of you that were clever and applied for leave for 5 days you get something like 11 days. Clever People.

In the land of the CCMG things are a crazy whirlwind, the judges have been burning the candle at both ends getting through the entries. My compliments to Faye and her team of judges, your dedication has been greatly appreciated, they are all so well matched in understanding our industry and being Subject Matter Experts that we are finding that the scoring is close! So close that the difference is 1 point to 0,5 points difference not only in the top 3 but extends to sometimes the top 5/6 entries so to make things fair we will this year have a few more finalists going through to the virtual interviews. The quality of the entries have been the best that we have seen in years and there is definitely a big shift in the who’s who of the industry.
