A month has passed since our Conference and the Awards events, It was great to see people face to face and to once again celebrate the finalists and winners in the industry. Well, done to all the winners, we look forward to you participating again next year. To the finalists we look forward to you securing your win at the next awards you can do it.

We have secured the judges for next year’s awards and they are currently reviewing the categories and the questions, as soon as this is finalised we will start advertising the call for entries. Keep an eye on your e-mails and also your CCMG profile.

Hope you all had your opportunity to make a difference on voting day.

We are still seeing a lot off international traffic into SA from potential clients that are interested in investing in our Industry, this trend appears to be on an increase and it’s great to see how contact centres are growing in SA.

Our work continues with Services Seta, OCTO and the Minster of Education to see how we come to an easy solution to the imminent expiry of the current qualifications in the industry. Currently the final dates are getting close and if this is not resolved none of our trainers will have material to train the ever-growing industry.

Remember to book for the webinar on the 19th June “Back to the Future” what will contact centre planning look like in 5 years?

Kind regards
